We provide service to residental homes throughout Montgomery and parts of Prince Georges County Maryland.
The Gold Seal Maintenance Service Agreement* This is our world class preventative maintenance agreement. It includes two maintenance checks, one each heating and cooling season on covered equpment. Maintenance Agreements provide prompt emergency service and proper factory recommended care for peak efficiency. This prolongs equipment life by preventing excessive wear. All parts and labor beyond the scope of general maintenance will be discounted by 10%..
*Accessory Coverage - Humidifiers, Electronic Air Cleaners and water heaters may be covered under this policy for an additional charge.
